This tailored, hands-on, realistic Leadership & Management Coaching intervention focuses primarily on further developing and enhancing the leadership & management skills of key employee(s) for themselves, their team, team members and work colleagues, to help them and the organisation they work in continue to be the best they can in their chosen career / profession.

The intervention understands their concerns and challenges around leading and managing people and aims to give them the tools and techniques to help them get the best out of themselves and the people they work with, both internally and externally to their organisation.


Our intention for you 


By the end of this tailored, hands-on, realistic Leadership & Management Coaching intervention, key employee(s) will have significantly addressed their on-the-job challenges, leadership and management skills and have developed communication techniques that they can use in any situation, all for the betterment of their organisation’s  internal and external stakeholders.


What we will do / work on together


  1. Understanding your job(s) / career(s) to date i.e., provision of CV / Profile
  2. Analysing your management skills and experience to date
  3. Analysing your leadership skills and experience to date
  4. Viewing Org. Chart (current and proposed, if applicable)
  5. Reviewing Job Description, duties, responsibilities, accountabilities and leadership & management challenges
  6. From the above, discussing, agreeing and listing these challenges and key areas to be addressed in the area of leading and managing people, with a focus on the former
  7. Addressing the above challenges one by one, identifying approaches and solutions so as to get the very best out of you as a Leader and your team, by developing them and striving to meet their job / career aspirations within the organisation
  8. Discussing / sharing coaching skills
  9. Discussion on work / life balance, including system / digital process automation
  10. Other areas / skills / competencies that will be tailored and covered directly / indirectly with you include:
