About the course

This Coaching Authentically intervention aims primarily on further developing and enhancing the leadership & management skills of your employee for themselves, their team, team members and work colleagues, to help them and your organisation continue to be world-class leaders in their area of expertise. The intervention understands organizational concerns and challenges in developing leaders and aims to give these organization’s employees the tools and techniques to help them be the best they can be as they carry out their tasks and duties for their subordinates, peers and superiors, and indeed customers both internally and externally.

Our intention for you (Aim & Objective)

By the end of this Coaching Authentically intervention, the participant will have significantly addressed their on-the-job challenges, leadership and management skills and have developed communication techniques that they can use in any situation, all for the betterment of the organization’s internal and external stakeholders.

What you will learn (Content)

  • The ‘Contents’ below (in no particular order and not exhaustive) will all be covered both directly and / or indirectly with the participant:
  • Understanding their current challenges around their role, responsibilities, projects, communication, leadership, management, operations, people, resources and budgets

  • Thinking and acting strategically with a long-term vision of where they want to be in their organisation in 3 / 5 years’ time (developing a Personal Development Plan-PDP)
  • Developing, managing and leading their project teams directly and indirectly
  • Developing new ideas, initiatives and innovations for / by / through their teams

  • Enhancing their communication skills visually, verbally and vocally

  • 1 : 1
  • 3 to 5 sessions of 1.5-2.5 hours each per week, over 3 to 5 weeks, completely private and confidential
  • On-going support, if required
